This information is used only for the required report and is never shown publicly. Virginia requires an approved provider to keep this record for at least five years from your completion date (18VAC50-22-310 B), so it is kept for that period even if you later delete your GC Prep account. GC Prep keeps this course record (your name, address, Virginia DMV number if you gave one, hours and completion date) for five years, as the Board requires, even if you later delete your GC Prep account.
