Open /profile and choose Sign In. You can sign in with email + password (we email you a one-time setup link) or with your Google account. Either path works the same; pick whichever you'll remember. We never see your Google password — Google authenticates you and tells us only your email + display name.

On the login wall at /profile tap Forgot password? — we'll email a reset link. If you signed in with Google originally, there's no GC Prep password to reset; sign in with the same Google account again.

Sign in to /profile, scroll to the Account tab, and tap Delete my account. You enter a 7-day soft-delete grace period during which signing back in cancels the deletion. After 7 days, your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. Aggregate quiz analytics + already-issued certificates are retained per Section 10b of the Terms.

From /profile Account tab, tap Export my data. We email a JSON archive within 24 hours containing your profile, quiz sessions, study time, points, certificates, and entitlements. Per Privacy Policy Section 6.

Stripe sends us a webhook within ~60 seconds of purchase to unlock your access. Refresh /profile after a minute. If it's been more than 5 minutes, email support@gcprep.app with your purchase email and we'll resolve manually.

Yes — we offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund window from the date of purchase. Email support@gcprep.app with your purchase email. Lifetime SKUs reviewed case-by-case after the 7-day window. Per Terms Section 6.

The DMV Bundle includes exactly three states: Maryland (MHIC), Virginia (DPOR), and DC (HIC + GC/CM). It does NOT include Facility, NJ, NY, or PA — each of those is a separate purchase. Pricing: $59.98 lifetime (Buy 2 Get 3) or $39.98 for 120-day access.

Stripe is our PCI-compliant payment processor. Card data never touches our servers. We receive only a confirmation that you paid + which product, never your card number, expiration, or CVV. Same as how almost every modern web app handles payments.

Yes. We save your position after every answer. When you reopen, you'll see "You were on question N of M in [Section]" with a Resume option. Works across devices — sign in on a phone, switch to a laptop, pick up where you left off.

Streaks reset if you don't answer at least one question per day (UTC midnight). Honor Roll snapshots monthly — even if your streak resets, your past Honor Roll entries persist. To rebuild: answer at least one question every day.

Points compound. The total visible at any time is your lifetime total. Streak bonuses, perfect-section bonuses, and Honor Roll qualifiers all add to it. If your total ever DECREASES, that's a bug — email support@gcprep.app with a screenshot.

GC Prep is a best-effort study guide based on publicly available licensing material. It is NOT legal authority and we do NOT guarantee you will pass any exam. Real exams may include topics not covered here, and licensing rules change. Always verify current state requirements directly with the licensing authority. See Terms Section 2 for the full positioning.

A certificate is issued automatically when you reach 100% completion across all paid sections of a state module. View your certificates at /profile → Certificates tab. They're print-friendly and shareable.

From the Certificates tab, tap Download (PNG) or Share (Android share sheet). Each certificate has a public verification URL like gcprep.app/verify/<uuid> — anyone with the URL can confirm authenticity. No personal info beyond display name + module + date is shown.

Names are frozen at issuance — the certificate's display_name is set at the moment we issue it and cannot be edited (per Architecture — preserves verifiability). If there's a typo or you used the wrong account, email support@gcprep.app and we'll discuss reissuance.

Email, display name, quiz progress (sections + scores), study time, points, streaks, certificates, entitlements (which products you bought). No location, no photos, no contacts, no device fingerprinting. Full enumeration in the Privacy Policy Section 2.

Four third parties: Supabase (database + auth hosting), Stripe (payments only), Resend (transactional emails like password reset + DSAR delivery), and Sentry (crash diagnostics). We do NOT sell your data. We do NOT use advertising trackers. See Privacy Policy.

Yes — the GC Prep Android app is a Trusted Web Activity (TWA) wrapping the same content as gcprep.app. Same login, same modules, same purchases. Web-side updates push to all TWA users automatically; only major shell changes require a Play Store update.

Yes — cached questions can be answered offline. Results queue locally and sync when you reconnect. From /profile Account tab, you can choose which modules to cache for offline use. Look for the orange offline banner across the top when you're disconnected.

On a phone: set device language to Spanish (Configuración → Idioma → Español). The app follows your device locale. On the web: tap the language switcher in the top nav. Spanish content includes all questions, options, and explanations across the 6 main sims.
