How leads will work
Contractors who keep their licenses current with GC Prep Renew can tell us they'd like to hear from providers that help a business grow: materials and supplies, equipment, financing, business software and similar services.
- A contractor asks. In GC Prep Renew, a contractor ticks the kinds of help they want. Nobody becomes a lead without asking.
- You see who is interested. Providers pay a flat fee to see the leads in their category: the kind of help wanted, the state and the type of work, without names or contact details. The fee is the same whether or not anyone buys.
- The contractor says yes to you. A contractor's name and contact details reach a provider only after that contractor agrees to hear from that provider.
- You talk directly. GC Prep takes no part in the sale, doesn't recommend one provider over another, and isn't paid based on what anyone buys.
Insurance and bonding: GC Prep doesn't sell insurance or bonds, and whether these categories are offered as leads is still under legal review. Pricing isn't set yet. To hear first, join the waitlist above and choose "Supplier or service provider".
